Innovate provides a report that summarizes expenses paid using the following criteria. This report can be found under the finances tab, legal expenses, monthly patent expense reconciliation. The report searches for expenses during the current month that have a journal date.

Modify the filters under advanced to select the specific criteria. For example, reviewing only patent expenses, patent expenses paid to 3rd parties (IIA’s), corporate legal expenses, etc. Or modify the fields to search for a specific journal number or change the date filters to review the previous month, ytd, previous fiscal year, or other.
