Merge Feature

The merge feature allows the user to take 2 records in the system and combine them into one record. Under Admin Tools, Select User Merge to merge people records or Group Merge to merge groups. The Innovate team will need to be contacted if a duplicate owning organization record is created as this affects nearly all records in Innovate.
