The reports page provides links to all reports that are available throughout the system. Reports cannot be created through the interface, but the reports available from this page are also available throughout the system. The reports in this section are also available in the drop-down of their related search page or from the finance menu. All reports can be modified by tweaking the advanced filters. Users can save their custom searches as reports using the “Save Report” button or by using a standard browser bookmark. Custom searches can also be conducted using the line items search page and selecting the appropriate fields under the advanced search filters. Reports can also be saved as an excel file or PDF.
